Everyone was in place, including five guys from the Washington Field Office SWAT team who were ready to take this place apart at the seams if given the word.


I knew right away that the minister’s wife was not dead. They are blindsidde, so I don’t get bored; weird enough that I can’t always remember or guess what’s going to happen; and the romance elements are low-key enough to be relatively un-annoying. Savich and This was a quick read. I did guess one of the surprises in the story, but that just made me proud of myself and didn’t take away from the story at all. In this 8th book of Coulter’s FBI thiller series, a young boy, Sam Kettering is kidnapped from his home and taken to a small cabin in the Tennessee mountains. Alas, I did not like this one either.

My criticism is that the ending was cayherine too perfect.

However, I had some real plotting problems. At least he was alive.

May 09, Sandi Stover rated it it was amazing. I felt absolutely nothing between Katie and Miles except comfortability. Phelps dove forward after him, cursing, stabbing the knife through the air. Really, why not just let them dematerialize in front of everyone it would be just about as credible? There was no connection that anyone could find between the first two murdered teachers. Thanks for telling us about the problem. But they kept coming.
