At least a dozen people have asked me if there will be a love triangle in the sequel. Jan 23, Colleen Houck added it Shelves: I really, really hope that there will be a third novel in this lsnders
Overall I’m really disappointed the romance suffered a lot and the book suffered because for most of the book Aelyx and Cara were not together the romance is what this series fall back on its the greatest element.
I loved the second installment of Cara and Aelyx’s story even more than book one. Continue shopping Checkout Continue shopping. Dating someone in another galaxy? You can remove the unavailable item s now or we’ll automatically remove it at Checkout.
The world of L’eihr is a fascinating creation. Or, get it for Kobo Super Points!
Mostly, Cara misses Aelyx. I need the next book like pronto.
Looking forward to more Cara and Aelyx since they were melisa for almost the entire book although they did Skype a lot: With Aelyx, her L’eihr boyfriend, back on Earth, working to mend the broken alliance between their two planets, Cara is left to fend for herself at a new school, surrounded by hostile alien clones.
Project MUSE promotes the landera and dissemination of essential humanities and social science resources through collaboration with libraries, publishers, and scholars worldwide. Also this book was very predictable. Feb 19, Nick marked it as to-read. The story is told from both teens’ perspectives, and they melissw face acts of prejudice and hate; someone on L’eihr is trying to frame Cara for a crime she did not commit, while an unknown human group attempts to end Aelyx’s life.
Cara is on L’eihr, which is like a dystopian version of earth and Aelyx is on earth which is completely alien to him.
Would I Recommend It: Questa serie con gli alieni continua a piacermi This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. Also, I found the first half of Invaded to be a bit boring. Cara always knew life on planet L’eihr would be an adjustment.
Although I think Invaded is a better book as far as character and story depth goes, I still like the storyline of Alienated a melisa more.
meoissa Aelyx is on Earth, trying to cultivate a positive image to the inhabitants on Earth, while also trying to stay alive. An Alienated Novel Author s: Aug 17, Andie rated it really liked it Shelves: Vero, Aelyx’s house pet, is adorable.

Review quote melisxa 4P J The meoissa story between an alien boy and a human girl continues in this sequel as Cara must stay on the planet L’eihr and Aelyx, her alien beau, resides on Earth, attempting to amend the broken alliance and quell the anti-alien sentiments. Am definitely reading the third book: Cara always knew that life on planet L’eihr would be an adjustment.
He was a great new character. One thing that bothered me is something that I can’t really go into detail without spoiling things so I won’t.
Meanwhile, Aelyx begins a invaved tour to gather support for the interplanetary treaty but finds himself the target of repeated assassination attempts.
Although, Aelyx deals with assassination attempts while on his PR campaign, his half of the story seems pretty slow paced in comparison to Cara’s.
Okay, maybe not a mile, but I already guessed what was going to happen about pages before the actual reveal. This is a solid title that builds on the strengths of its predecessor, and it ends with a looming fight for control of the destiny of two races that will have readers eagerly awaiting another sequel.
